Photos September 30, 2011 - This morning I made a short visit to this scenic mountain area outside of Buena Vista, Colorado. Chaffee County Road 344 is
a well-known for having beautiful fall colors during the autumn season.
The lighting was harsh, but I'm pleased I captured the essence of what I was looking at.
Love those red and orange leaves! That large gray mountain is
Mount Yale, elevation 14,196 feet at the summit.
